Yesterday I was only down 0.6 pounds (from 188.6 to 188).

This morning, I was down 1.4 pounds (to 186.6).

That means I am officially down 5 pounds in 4 days.


Those green smoothies work.

I stopped taking all of my medicines for that horrendous sinus infection I have been dealing with.

This morning, I got up and did Day 1 of the 21 Day Fix, drank the rest of my leftover green smoothie, and followed up with my chocolate Shakeology.  I felt amazing and I was full for three hours. 

Yep, I'm back where I started---I'm back on Team Beachbody.

I had a waffle, a veggie omelette, and two slices of bacon for lunch.

I had a 6-inch Turkey Italiano Melt (my new favorite Sub) with lots of veggies for dinner.

And I had 3 peach rings for "dessert".

My goal tomorrow is to drink two smoothies, have my Shakeo, and eat the rest of the sandwich. And of course, do Day 2 of the 21 Day Fix, even if I have to modify (just like I did today).

I may try my hand at trying the nutrition outlined in the  21 Day Fix guide.

I hope to be back tomorrow with more news (praying for another pound lost)!
