I've fallen into the newest fad.

I'm all about that #iifym life.

Well, it's only my first day.

But, so far, I REALLY like it.

I calculated my macros using this calculator.

Today, I went over my calories by 85 calories.  That's not TOO bad.  Oh and to make matters better--my macros were almost on point!

I also got my 10K steps in today!!

btw...after MORE issues with my Jawbone UP24, I decided that it would be best for me to return to the FitBit Family.  I absolutely LOVE my FitBit Charge.  (If you are a FitBit user, leave your name in the comments below and I will add you!)

My goals for the next week are to get in 30 minutes of exercise every day and stick to the #iifym plan as much as possible.
