I saw 175.2 on Wednesday of last week.

Earlier today I was staring at 181...

What happened in a matter of a few days?


Not enough sleep.



I'm starting over today.

I'm going to bed before 10:00pm.

I'm getting 30 minutes of cardio in every morning! (Fasted cardio, maybe?)

I'm having oatmeal, 2 slices of bacon, and a boiled egg for breakfast.

A Herbalife Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino for lunch. With my tea.

Another protein shake for dinner.

Oh yeah

I'm leaving WW...for now.

WW helped me lose 25 pounds in 4 months and encouraged me to take control of my health. I will never forget how WW helped me get started with my lifestyle change.

However, I have started to feel deprived with so few PP/day (29pp, to be exact). I always ended up eating too much of the wrong things and focusing way too much on my weight.

So, I switched to MFP.  I LOVE MFP. It gives me the flexibility to track my macros--and I have been striving to maintain a low-carb diet.

As long as I stick to it, I am super successful.

Oh, and I think I love Herbalife.

I got a 3-day trial and started it on Friday.  Too bad I felt like I was starving.  The feeling of near starvation coupled with stress didn't permit a successful cleanse, to say the least.

But as long as I ate my oatmeal and high protein breakfast in the morning on other days and drank my two protein shakes for lunch and dinner, I saw great results.

So, tomorrow, I'm back on track. I'm back to what works.
