I lost my first DietBet4.

Womp, womp.

Well, today's the last day for the bet and I'm like 7 pounds away from goal.

Unless the magic weight loss fairies see it fit to help me drop those pounds (or 10 pounds for good measure), I'm gonna have to throw in the hat.

Stress eating and lack of sleep are to blame.

So, I'm gonna put in the work and get my life together the rest of the month so that I win my DietBet that's over March 2nd!

Tomorrow, I'm gonna wake up, complete my HIIT workout, and eat a protein rich breakfast.  When I get out of class I'm gonna grab my Herba shake, head to my study session with my professor, then head to the gym.

I HAVE to get back on track with my workouts!
