Halt

Hey y'all!

It's great to be back.

I reached 25 pounds lost last Saturday (January 10)! I skipped my weigh in this Saturday (bummer), but I have maintained my loss.

Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way and I've been wavering between 180 and 182 since that weigh-in.


I haven't been working out, and I honestly don't know HOW to get back on track now. I really am tired of stopping.

So what do I do now?

I'm not sure.

But if I had to choose, I think the first step would be to take it one day at a time in the gym. Thinking about doing a 30 minute walk every day.

I'm worth 30 minutes. Heck, I can watch TV and surf instagram for hours on end.

I'm worth my health.

It feels AMAZING to be in size 11/12 comfortably.

Now it's time to keep working until I'm in a 7/8.

The hardest part of this is nutrition. I'm addicted to fast food. I hate cooking. So meal prep is not my friend.

But I HAVE to do something...weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.

I'm currently 20% nutrition and 0% exercise...I can't expect any results with those numbers--hence, the plateau I'm experiencing.

*sigh*

I've come SO far--I just need to find my ambition again....
