I was hesitant to make a New Year's resolution this year.

In recent years, I have resolved to do several things in the New Year, including getting my health on track, losing weight, joining a gym, working out every day, eating healthily, terminating unhealthy relationships, building healthy relationships, etc. The list really does go on and on.

I'm Human

I made two huge mistakes today.
Mistake 1
I ate cold cereal for breakfast. 

Mistake 2
I went to the grocery store on a semi empty stomach.

My Christmas was relaxing, which is JUST the way I like it.  Started the morning with a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios and did about 20 minutes of Pilates. Before I knew it, it was time to eat our Christmas dinner! 

Consistency is Key

Consistency is my word for 2015.

I will work HARD to exercise and eat healthily on a CONSISTENT basis. (I'll also work CONSISTENTLY so I can graduate on May 3, 2015!)

Speaking of consistency, let me address instances where I have not been consistent in my weight loss journey this year:

Boy have the last few weeks been super busy! Two weeks of finals and other organizational duties have kept me from blogging, but oh, how I have missed it!

I haven't had the time to post my 3 Day Refresh results so here they are....*drumroll please*
