Thanksgiving and Day 1 of the #3DayRefresh

Here's the deal.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving. I woke up and did my Pilates Fix before we got on the road to head to Louisiana for dinner.  (I also had my Shakeo and oatmeal!)  After the 3 or so hour drive, I was famished! However, when it was time to eat, I only ate one plate, with about a cup or so of dressing, about 5 ounces of ham, a cup of string beans, and a cup of yams. I only had one slice of cake. That sounds like a lot of food, but it's a lot less than what I am accustomed to eating.  I even went on a 15-minute walk after I ate! (Who am I?!)

Unfortunately, when I got home, I was hungry--I ended up eating a bowl of oatmeal, two boiled eggs, and a sweet tooth got the best of me.

Needless to say, I did pretty well yesterday.

Today marks Day 1 of the 3-Day Refresh. Here are some quick stats!
Weight: 188.2
Waist: 35.5"
Hips: 42"
Abs: 39"
Chest: 36"

Here's what I ate:

7:30am: Strawberry Shakeo (w/ water) and a banana
9:30am: Lipton Honey Lemon Tea
11:00am: Fiber Sweep
1:30pm: Vanilla Fresh (w/water, vanilla flavor, cinnamon, and banana), carrots and hummus
5:00pm: carrots and hummus
6:30pm: Vanilla Fresh (w/water, vanilla flavor, cinnamon), and spinach salad

I recently had a craving for Snickers--I drank water and it was gone.

And my water intake was great! Got all 98 ounces in! (Technically I only need 95 now but I just decided to be an overachiever!)

And lastly, on another positive note, I have a new Beachbody Coach. (Third times a charm!) I follow her on Instagram and today she posted that she was doing the 3-Day Refresh.  I reached out (not even realizing she is a coach), and I absolutely love her! Oh, and we discovered that we have the same birthday! Talk about icing on the cake! )

It's 11pm. I'm about to head to bed...which is wonderful because I am starting to get a tad bit hungry!
